Delete the files that are obviously associated, although don't mess with anything else, or you can really mess up your computer. Under edit, click "find", and search "doki". In the start menu, search "regedit", and run it as administrator. Most uninstalls don't remove the registries. If you want to be 100% sure every trace of it is gone, I think there are a few registries it creates (all programs have lots of them). The game simply checks to see if they're there. The character files themselves have nothing to do with the characters in-game, and same with "firstrun". Just kidding! While the game does create files, it only creates files within its own directory. Deleting her in one place, will only cause two more copies to appear.
